Great American Country has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with our products or services for any reason, we'll happily exchange the item or refund purchase price if the item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Great American Country respects your privacy and pledges to earn and keep that trust. All personal information you give us is kept confidential. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your approval. In addition, when you place an order with Great American Country, your personal information and credit card information is safe and secure. All Credit card information is deleted after 90 days.

Great American Country Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item undamaged within 30 days of receipt and we would happily exchange it, issue a credit, or refund the item cost to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Please note that:

-     The returned items must be in a resalable condition, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

-     Items that are custom ordered cannot be returned.

-     Any shipping or processing fees will not be refunded. Only the cost of the item will be refunded. The shipping fees may be deducted from the cost, if the items were purchased with the free shipping promotion.

-     We cannot accept merchandise shipped to us more than 30 days after the delivery date; it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
