Green Beans With Lemon Butter
Country music group Little Big Town's Kimberly Schlapman shares her recipe for sautéed beans with tossed with lemon zest.
Cook time: 5 minutes | Yield: 4 Servings
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 pint green beans, stem ends trimmed
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
- Juice from one lemon
Heat butter in a sauté pan. Add beans. Sauté beans for about 5 minutes until tender. Add zest and juice. Toss and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm
