Grilled Pork Tenderloin With Rosemary

Country music group Little Big Town's Kimberly Schlapman shares her recipe for pork tenderloins grilled and served in a rosemary, apple cider and maple syrup sauce.

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ cups apple cider
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoons rosemary, chopped


Preheat grill pan on medium heat.

Season the pork with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place on grill and cook for about 7–10 minutes per side.

In a small pot, add the apple cider, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup and rosemary. Simmer on low heat until mixture becomes thick, about 20 minutes.

Remove pork from grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with sauce.
