Herbed Couscous Salad

Country music group Little Big Town's Kimberly Schlapman shares her recipe for a quick and easy couscous flavored with parsley and chives.

  • One 10 ounce box plain couscous, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Mix the cooked couscous, olive oil, chopped parsley and chives in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
