Country music group Little Big Town's Kimberly Schlapman shares her recipe for a sweet punch that contains apricot nectar and sparkling apple juice.
Yield: 4 servings
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup water
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 cups apricot nectar
- 1 bottle (25.4 ounces) sparkling apple juice (Martinelli's)
- Lemon slices for garnish
Add honey to boiling water. Chill then add to a pitcher with lemon juice, apricot and sparkling apple juice. Serve with lemon slices over ice.
