Kale Chips in a Paper Bag

Spicy homemade kale chips are a tasty, healthy snack.

Cook time: 20-25 minutes | Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 bunch kale, cleaned, stems and ribs removed, torn into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 300° F.

Mix all spices in a bowl. Toss kale in oil. Season kale with spice mixture to taste. Evenly spread on a tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
