Edgewater's Expansion

Developers are drawn to Edgewater because of the permissive zoning statutes that allow for high-rise buildings.

High Rises

Since 2000 the Edgewater area has grown in popularity, due to its proximity to Downtown and neighborhoods such as the Design District and Wynwood.

Waterfront Views

Edgewater is primarily a residential neighborhood with high-rise residential towers, historic early-20th-century homes and a park that runs along the bay called Margaret Pace Park.
