All orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Mail. Outside the United States, shipping is calculated on a per order basis. You will be contacted via phone or email regarding shipping on all international orders.

This web store has been designed to make your visit the easiest and most secure method to order from Great American Country.com. A simple process will guide you through checkout and automatically create a personal account from which you can check status and track your order. After your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail giving you the details of your order and the order reference number. Once your order has been shipped, you will get another email with the shipping details.

 Telephone

If you choose to order by telephone, an order can be placed by calling Great American Country at 1(973)216-3414. Our customer service representatives are available from 9AM - 7PM EST 7 days a week.

Fax

If you choose to order by fax, an order can be Faxed into Great American Country at 1 (908)603-0062. Please include all of the products details, Billing details, and shipping details in your fax.

Mail

You can also order by US mail at our physical mailing address found in our contact page. Please note that ordering via mail with a standard written check can delay shipment as much as 15 days to allow for receipt of the check and time for the funds to clear. "Temporary" or counter checks are not accepted. All dishonored checks will be assessed a fee of $30.00 or the maximum allowed by law. Please include all of the products details, Billing details, and shipping details in your fax.

Payment Options:

We accept Visa, Master card, American Express, & Discover Credit cards. For online and Telephone orders please use this option. We do not collect the CVV code online. Therefore, once we receive your order and are ready to process it, our customer services representative will call you for the CVV code.

For fax and mail orders, we accept personal checks in addition to credit cards. However, personal checks may delay your order.

Sales Tax:

We are required to collect applicable sales tax in New Jersey, for all mail, internet, and telephone orders.

Changes and cancellations:

To change or cancel any item, call us at 1(973)216-3414. or send an email to customerservice@GreatAmericanCountry.com. Please include your name, address, order number, and the item you wish to change/cancel in your instructions. If the item has not already been shipped to you, we will make the change immediately. If it has already shipped, simply return the items that you do not want and will credit your account for the items returned.

Backorders:

If we run out of stock on an item before the inventory records can be updated on the website, we will immediately notify you via email with the anticipated shipping date. Most items that are backordered are expected to arrive in our store within 30 days. We ship all ordered items as they become available, so if you have ordered more than one item and any of those items is on backorder, you will receive multiple shipments. If you prefer, you can request that we hold your order until all items are available for shipment, in the "Shipping Instruction" field at the time of checkout.
