Green Day front man and rock'n'roll hall of famer, Billie Joe Armstrong, and his wife, Adrienne, own an old airstream trailer and as a special surprise to celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary, Adrienne has asked the Junk Gypsies to renovate the trailer and make it into a 'surf shack on wheels' that Billie can take out surfing with his buddies. Amie and Jolie hit the road for inspiration and to find a surfboard for the airstream. They build a table out of a surfboard and turn the airstream into a 'Zen, rock'n'roll surf shack' for Billie Joe.
The Junk Gypsies make over the final guest room of their inn, The Wander Inn. They tear out the old shower, build a nightstand out of old wooden doors and paint a drop cloth for a curtain. Jolie escapes for an afternoon fishing trip with her dad and son and then returns to help Amie finish decorating the room. The girls give the final guest room a fresh new look with some Gypsy flare.
The Junk Gypsy store is running low on the high demand items, so Amie and Jolie set out to find old junk that they can repurpose into new items for the store. On their journey they find an old 16th century Hungarian pew bench that they turn into a bedframe and a revamp a set of ordinary chairs into a set of rustic cowhide covered chairs. Amie and her daughter learn to sew pillows for the store with the Junk Gypsy seamstress. After making over the store with the help of their Junk Gypsy crew, they sell the set of rustic cowhide covered chairs and have lovely new items to keep their Junk Gypsy style afloat!
The Junk Gypsies are active in their community, and they want to give back to their kids' school, Round Top-Carmine Elementary, so they join forces with their local school to host a school fundraiser garage sale. Amie and Jolie supply the garage sale by repurposing old school-related items and invite the whole town of Round Top, population 90, to donate their own junk. They revamp an old school bus seat with vibrant recycled fabric and turn a basketball hoop into a laundry hamper. The garage sale is a success and Amie and Jolie raise enough money for the school with the help of their community.
The Junk Gypsies and Miranda Lambert work undercover to decorate an Airstream trailer as a surprise gift for Miranda's mom, Bev Lambert. The three get to work sewing curtains out of Miranda's family shirts, spray paint a large ombre stencil and make the airstream the perfect Mama Haven for hardworking, Bev Lambert. After working around the clock to get ready for Bev, Amie, Jolie and Miranda surprise Miranda's mom, Bev, with a Gypsified airstream for her very own.
With only a few days to prepare for the Stone Cellar's grand opening of their dance hall, the Junk Gypsies have been asked to revamp the century old dance hall. They design a new stage so all bands from all over feel welcomed into the dance hall and convert an old irrigation wheel into a grand chandelier. Jolie helps all of the Junk Gypsy crew get ready for the dance by teaching them her dance steps. The Junk Gypsies celebrate the dance hall's new look and atmosphere by dancing with their friends, family and people of Round Top.
The Junk Gypsies have been asked by Melanie Luttrell, wife of American war hero Marcus Luttrell, to help convert an old study room that has been filled with storage boxes into a special space just for Marcus. They build an extravagant desk out of salvaged wood and honor Marcus' Texan pride by replicating the Battle of Gonzales' flag using the material of his wife's wedding dress. As Amie and Jolie are honored to make over a space for an American war hero, his grateful reaction to the new study room is all the reward the girls need.
The Junk Gypsies have been asked to help long-time friend and client Kelley Keen design and renovate the kitchen and living room in her house to allow more functionality and spaciousness between the two rooms for Kelley and her daughter, Alley. Staying within Kelley's budget, Amie and Jolie furnish the home with repurposed salvaged junk, so they make a chandelier out of an old wagon wheel and mason jars and discover the perfect shabby chic column to support the new open space between the kitchen and living room. To celebrate the bright and spacious farm chic kitchen and living room, the Junk Gypsies break in the newly renovated rooms with Kelley, Alley and some cozy southern living.
The Junk Gypsies excitedly take on a new job for their right-hand Junk Gypsy gal, Archie, to redesign her kitchen and patio for more storage and entertainment purposes. Archie wants to stay within her budget and Amie and Jolie want to give Archie the best that she deserves, so the Gypsy sisters build patio seating out of a wooden wire spool and use farm equipment to make a cowgirl bath tub to soak in under the big Texas stars. In the end the girls take on a bigger load than anticipated, but with the help of their crew they give Archie a fun, functional and funky new home.
The Junk Gypsies have built their business on following their dreams, adventures and flea markets which all have led them to meeting the Lehane-Evans family of the Zapp Hall Antique Show. The Lehane-Evans family has asked Amie and Jolie to transform the old shack on their property into a bunkhouse for their Antiques Week guests. After the Gypsy sisters haul junk out of the shack, they salvage some of the junk into furniture for the restored bunkhouse. They turn a red wagon into shelf and build a pair of bunk beds. After pulling the big renovation together, the Junk Gypsies reveal the rejuvenated bunkhouse to the Lehane-Evans family and they are blown away by the new look.
The Junk Gypsies recapture the airstream trailers that they have transformed for friends and rock star celebrities like Miranda Lambert and her mom, Bev Lambert, Dierks Bentley and Billie Joe Armstrong. It was an accidental job that they fell into that soon became their passion and a part of their business. Amie and Jolie take their airstream out to roam with the comforts of home and spend an afternoon cooking out with the family in the countryside of Texas.
