A celebration of America's favorite food group: Barbecued. First, we meet a bank vault sized BBQ pit called Big Red at the Brick Pit in Mobile, then we see why Dave is so famous at Famous Dave's BBQ in Minneapolis. We taste BBQ spaghetti at the legendary Interstate BBQ in Memphis, then, it's wine and BBQ at the Hitching Post in Buellton, California. Also, we get churched on real Texas BBQ at the New Zion Church BBQ in Huntsville, Texas.
