15 Winter Rooms Any Country Fan Will Love
Look outside. Winter has taken over. Though the outdoors are beautiful as the snow falls, temperatures drop and the bright lights of the season glimmer in the streets, in the end, the best place to be is home. These rooms reflect the beauty of the season while still maintaining the coziness and comfort of spaces you won't want to leave when the weather outside is frightful.

Forget the worries and work of the week and use the opportunity to kick back and leave it all behind while relaxing in a cabin-style room. Wifi not necessary.
Between the cookies, cakes and pies of the season, there’s honestly no better place to be than the kitchen. Stick around and you might just be able to lick the bowl when everything is done.
Vintage-inspired accents add a nod to ghosts and gifts of Christmases past, so stock up on the shabby chic antiques for the winter.
Early birds and night owls can reunite over one thing: breakfast. It might be brunch or brinner, but either way, all meals are best enjoyed within the confines of a cheery breakfast nook.
Adding Big Holiday Style to a Small Breakfast Nook
Cooler nights means more blankets and layers. Those flannel pajamas come in handy during the snowy months, as do the extra blankets. Stay warm!
Kin & Kindling
Once everyone’s together, it’s probably hard to know where to start when it comes to catching up. The fire is a perfect place for everyone to take a spot, grab a blanket and settle in.
Raise a Glass
The walk from the kitchen to the dining room shouldn’t be too long for any toast-happy drinkers. It’s time to cheers: To family, friends, health and home.
Not that it’s ideal, but if you simply can’t leave and have to stay home, you won't be too upset to put on a little music, sit by the fire and sink into the couch in a room like this.
Just as it is outside, so it is indoors… until the kids get a hold of the grape juice and/or you spill that second glass of wine. Enjoy the winter white while it lasts, both inside and outside the house.
To The Nines
Sometimes you’ve gotta get all dressed up — and the same goes for your home. Taking a space from the everyday casual to a rare formal style is a fun treat. Just make sure you’ve got the right attire to match the mood.
Be brave. What’s the point of a porch if it isn’t in use? Take on nature’s frigid temperatures, the view from your porch (or of your porch) might be worth it in the end.
There’s always a place for you to call home. Though it helps to have the perfect room calling you back, it’s also the family and friends who are the reasons for the season.
Sometimes the best things come in twos. Why separate the dynamic duo? It’s the time for coming together, so let everyone continue being peas in a pod.
From the Hearth
Winter isn’t forever. Though the temperatures and the ice may be pesky annoyances, the warm fire and festive spirit are the bright spots of the season. Enjoy them while they’re here.
