- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray.
In a small pot add butter, cocoa, cola and marshmallows. Melt and stir to incorporate.
In a large mixing bowl add flour, sugar, buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla. Whisk to stir. Slowly add the butter mixture and incorporate into the batter. Pour batter mixture into a 9x13 pan.
Place in oven and bake at 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
For the Chocolate Icing:
In a large saucepan, bring 2 cups heavy cream, 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, and 1/8 teaspoon salt to a boil. Remove from heat; add 1 pound bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped, and let stand, without stirring, for 1 minute. Whisk just until combined.
Refrigerate, stirring occasionally, until spreadable, about 1 hour or keep at room temperature.
