Cook Time: 25-30 minutes | Yield: 18 bars
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oleo or butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 (6 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) can flaked coconut (1 1/3 cup)
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° (325° for glass dishes). In a 13x9 inch baking dish, melt oleo (or butter) in oven. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over oleo. Pour Eagle Brand milk evenly over crumbs. Top evenly with remaining ingredients, press down firmly. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool and cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
