Spicy Kale Chips
Country music group Little Big Town's Kimberly Schlapman shares her recipe for crispy, baked kale flavored with red pepper and garlic.
Cook time: 20-25 minutes | Yield: 4 servings
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 bunch kale, cleaned, stems and ribs removed, torn into pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 300° F.
Mix all spices in a bowl. Toss kale in oil. Season kale with spice mixture to taste. Evenly spread on a tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
