Surf 'n' Turf Jalapeños

Ingredients
- 12 jalapeños
- 12 uncooked shrimp
- 6 slices bacon
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut tops from chiles and hollow out interiors, removing membranes and seeds. Stuff each jalapeño with an uncooked shrimp. Cut each slice of bacon in half and wrap each jalapeño.
Bake for 20 minutes on a slotted pan with a drip tray.
Cook's Notes: You can also prepare these on a grill. Stuff the jalapeños with cooked shrimp, wrap with bacon and skewer them. Grill until bacon is cooked and crispy.
