Luxury Condos
The SoFi neighborhood boundaries include the area South of Fifth Street, specifically beginning at the median or center line of Fifth Street and ending at the body of water known as Government Cut, and extending from the Atlantic Ocean to Biscayne Bay. The peninsula is home to some of the most expensive high-rise buildings in Miami.
Marina
The South of Fifth neighborhood is a peninsula surrounded by water on three sides. Park your yacht in the marina outside the Murano, a luxury condo building. “The vibe isn’t typically what people think of when they think of South Beach," said Katie Phang, an attorney who lives in the neighborhood. "You're so close to the hustle and bustle of Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive, but SoFi is more tranquil."
South Pointe Park
South Pointe Park, located at the tip of the South of Fifth neighborhood, is a great place to catch some rays on the beach, play at the park or walk along the water’s edge at Government Cut.
Dog Park
The dog park in South Pointe Park features a public art display and an area where your furry friends can run free and soak in the salty air.
Water Views
Check out this view of Fisher Island from the southernmost tip of South Pointe Park on Miami Beach. It's not uncommon to see cruise ships pass through the Government Cut channel.
Restaurants
A key feature of living in SoFi is the opportunity to walk to world-class restaurants like Prime 112, a favorite hang out of professional athletes and movie stars. “RED The Steakhouse is one of my favorite places to walk to,” said Katie Phang. “SoFi is very pedestrian friendly. You can walk everywhere, including South Pointe Park.”
The Murano
The Murano is a highly sought after luxury condo building in SoFi located on a marina with sweeping views of downtown in one direction and the Atlantic Ocean on the other side.
