Best known for his role as eldest brother Greg Brady on the 70s sitcom The Brady Bunch, Barry Williams currently headlines the variety show 70s Music Celebration in Branson, Missouri, and stars in Great American Country’s series A Very Barry Branson.
Growing up in Santa Monica, California, Barry began his acting career at an early ageand appeared in a variety of television shows. Barry landed his first role at 11-years-oldin the film Why Johnny Can’t Read. Just three years later, Barry began his role as GregBrady in the 1969 premiere of The Brady Bunch. After a long run with the popular show, Barry spent a great deal of his career on the stage. He was particularly successful in musical theater, and toured with productions of Grease, The Sound of Music and West Side Story.
Barry’s love of music and the 1970s inspired him to leave Hollywood behind and begin the next chapter of his career in the “live music capital of the entire universe,” Branson, Missouri. Since moving to Branson, Barry has created his own variety show that celebrates the music, dancing and fashion of the 1970s.
