Permanent Vacation

The Herman brothers' parents Beth and Greg have been vacationing in Gulf Shores, Alabama, for more than 20 years. Their beach condo has a great pool, but the rest of the outdoor space is unfinished. Nate surprises his dad with a new deck area complete with a grilling station, fire pit and recreation area for the grandkids.
