Tommy has just one week to build a truckload of log furniture for a demanding customer, pushing the LogHeads into overdrive. Meanwhile, Gwen hires an interior designer who clashes with Tommy's rustic, chain-sawed designs.
Instant Log Cabin!
The LogHeads jump into action when Brooke and Chad's vinyl siding needs replacing. Tommy hatches a plan to turn their house into an instant log cabin, by covering it in cedar logs. Meanwhile, a new office chair causes friction for the Rocky Top crew.
Best Cabin Ever, Pt. 1
Homeowners hire the LogHeads to rebuild their dilapidated shed while they're away on vacation. Tommy has other ideas. He demolishes their shed and builds them a tricked-out log cabin in the woods. It's a risky move that leaves Gwen shaking her head. Has he gone too far this time?
Best Cabin Ever, Pt. 2
Tommy and the LogHeads battle Mother Nature's wrath to complete the log cabin in the woods before the homeowners return from vacation. Meanwhile, Gwen thinks the sales staff is slacking off, and hires a secret shopper to assess the situation.
Anything for a Sale
A loyal customer wants a log bedroom suite, but is short on cash. Sharon and Tommy cut a deal, if she will stain the logs herself. The plan almost backfires when Gwen finds out. Meanwhile, Gwen and Sheila put the staff on a fitness regime against their will.
LogHeads and Bear Chairs Go to California
Tommy is hired to custom create a restaurant full of furniture for Knotts Berry Farm in California. The deadline is short and the job challenging, each chair must have a bear sandblasted into it. Tommy struggles to find the design he likes best and kills several attempts before settling on one. With time ticking away he has no time to run the final design by the client for approval before producing and has to hope he nailed something the client will love, a move that is against Rocky Top policy. Tommy and Gwen travel to California to visit the restaurant and to make sure the client is happy with the final design.
The Ballad of Craig Morgan's Basement
Country music star Craig Morgan hires Tommy to build a one-of-a-kind, custom LogHeads home theater in his basement.
Building A Bourbon Barrel Bar
The LogHeads are hired to build a custom outdoor den and bar for a beautiful cabin in scenic Kentucky. Tommy, Gwen and the crew head to The Bourbon Trail for inspiration, and decide to incorporate bourbon barrels in the design. But wild designs, a looming deadline and a limited amount of barrels make this project especially tricky.
