A celebration of America's favorite food group: barbecue. First, we meet a bank vault-sized pit called Big Red at the Brick Pit in Mobile, AL. Then we see why Dave is so famous at Famous Dave's in Minneapolis. We taste barbecue spaghetti at the legendary Interstate Barbecue in Memphis, and it's wine and barbecue at the Hitching Post in Buellton, CA. Also, we get churched on real Texas barbecue at the New Zion Church in Huntsville, TX.
