The Snow sisters and the Slays each score identical duplex homes at auction. They go head-to-head to see who can get more creative with their makeover and make the most money on the flip. The Snows combine both living spaces into one four-bedroom home with an open kitchen and great room and then add a front porch for curb appeal. Cody and Suzi plan to outdo the sisters when they combine both living spaces into a three-bedroom home with a luxurious master bathroom and walk-in closet. When Cody sees the sister's porch, he sets out to top it with one that is even bigger.
